USAID’s SPEED Project is helping Mozambique foster a better business environment to attract investment, expand markets, and reduce costs for businesses and citizens of Mozambique, thus contributing to broad-based and inclusive economic growth.
The SPEED Project (2021-2025) partners with the Government of Mozambique, the Mozambican private sector, and civil society organizations (CSOs) to advance policy reforms and policy implementation in agriculture, trade, power, biodiversity, health, and economic governance. The SPEED Project is a follow-on to the SPEED+ project (2016-2021). SPEED+ worked with Mozambican partners across the government and private sector to advance economic policy reform.
