How SPEED Works

Who & When: USAID’s SPEED Project (2021-2025) engages with the Government of Mozambique (GRM), the private sector, civil society, and key development and economic stakeholders at different stages of policy reform.
How: Based on alignment with USAID’s and SPEED’s goals, and impact/feasibility analyses, SPEED uses one or more of the Policy Reform Building Blocks to advance policy reform and/or implementation of reforms.
