The National Oil Company (NOC) with the support of USAID through the SPEED Project, pre-launched the Linkar project,Linkar is a Supplier Development Program, which is based on the latest successful practices used globally related to local content development.

USAID is currently working with NOC on its strategy of engaging potential funders and partners, as well as preparing for launch of these events.
