Learn how USAID works to build capacity among young Mozambicans

Born in Nampula, Shelsea Oliveira is a final-year student in Management and Finance at the Instituto Superior de Tecnologias e Comunicação (ISUTC). She joined the USAID SPEED Project approximately one year ago where she has been assisting the operations area in maintaining complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

Shelsea Oliveira is part of a group of four young people, three women, and 1 man, contemplated in this first phase of graduate internships in Mozambique's educational institutions.

USAID through Project SPEED works with national educational institutions to provide professional internships to recent graduates and consequently build capacity in young Mozambican students.
